If you’re purchasing through Liora, simply personalize your piece directly on the product page. If you’re bringing your own item, submit a request through our contact form to receive a custom quote.

Our Story

As a mom of two, Sarah, our founder, knows that life moves fast. But she also believes that the things you wear and carry every day should mean something. They should be you.

Rooted in a lifelong love of art, craft, and the people who inspire her, she built Liora CSTM as a place where that intention becomes something tangible, stitched in, permanent, and entirely personal.

Every order is handled with the same care she puts into everything she loves. Whether it's a monogram on a linen set or a custom design on your favorite jacket, we make it personal, we make it beautiful, and we make it last.

Frequently Asked Questions

HOE DO I ORDER?

Submit a quote! If you are ordering a blank from the site, or from Amazon, make sure to request your quote as well with the item details. Choose from the menu of options, or send inspiration on your order to Sarah@LIORACSTM.com if you are doing a custom design.

HOW ARE EMBROIDERY SERVICES PRICED?

Custom embroidery start at $25. Each order is quoted based on design time needed on menu or new design ie a logo), stitch time needed (design size and details), and complexity/additional materials needed (stabilizing, unique hooping etc).

Further, handstitching as available starting at $30.

CAN YOU EMBROIDER SOMETHING I ALREADY OWN?

Yes! as long as it meets our guidelines. Reach out to us with details and we can create a custom quote.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Your order will ship within two weeks of payment. If you need by a certain date, please note that and we will do our best to accommodate.

EVENT ORDERING INFO

If you are ordering for an event, i will bring your ordered item to the event to be embroidered. Embroidery fee will be collected at the event unless otherwise noted. Make sure to check the event page for details and specials!

ARE PURCHASES FINAL SALE?

If the embroidery process hasn't begun, we may be able to refund partially based on costs incurred.

Blank purchases are refundable up to 15 days from purchase as long as no embroidery has begun.
